We only show homes to future clients who have completed our pre-screen questionnaire. If you meet our minimum qualifications, you will be invited to schedule a showing for an available property. Please go to our "Available Properties" page.

Once you have viewed the property, we will invite you to apply. Please know that incomplete applications cannot be processed; therefore, it is important to complete your application in its entirety. You must opt in to a credit check and a background check.

Our application fee is $45.00 per applicant, paid directly through the rental portal to cover the costs associated with obtaining credit reports and conducting background checks. The application fee must be paid at the time you submit your application.

Every potential tenant that intends to occupy a home that is over the age of 18 years must submit their own rental application.
