​​How Do I Apply ?

We only show homes to qualified tenants for the protection of our existing tenants and employees. If you are interested in an available rental, you must first submit a rental application. Once your application is approved, we will schedule a time to show you the home.

Incomplete applications cannot be processed, therefore it is important to complete your application in its entirety.

Our application fee is $20.00 paid via cash or money order. Application fee must be paid at the time you submit your application.

A valid state issued I.D. of every potential tenant that intends to occupy a home that is over the age of 18 years must be submitted with each application.Type your paragraph here.

Once your application is complete, deliver it in person to us at 310 SW 1st St. Moore, OK 73160. We office inside of another business called Garden Ponds Unlimited.

Pet Policy:  We accept pets of non violent breeds only. No exotic animals allowed. We require a $150 pet deposit, per pet, payable upon lease signing. Pet deposit is refundable upon move out if no damages occurred.
